Delivery

Product availability:

Products with a green marking and the remark "immediately available" are in stock at our warehouse and can be delivered immediately.
Products with a yellow marking are available from the manufacturers warehouse and will be ordered there after we received your order, the delivery time variies depending on the products country of origin.
Products with a red marking are not in production at the moment, but will be reproduced. A preorder of this products is possible.
Products with a blue marking are new items, that are not yet released. You can already preorder these items.

Shipping:

The first to third delivery of our products to new customers is done on the basis of advance payment, C.O.D. shipping (not available for all countries) or credit card payment (Visa/Mastercard). Before paying via money transmission please wait for the arrival of the invoice by mail. The delivery of products is done immediately after the invoiced amount has arrived on our bank account. Alternatively direct pickup of your order is possible at our shop, Wiemeling 7, 59174 Kamen. Please inform us in advance if you would like to use this option.

All shipping costs are charged to the ordering person, all shipping is done as a secured package only. The delivery costs within Germany are 5,00 Euro.

Austria: 9,60 Euro
Danmark, Czech Republic: 10,10 Euro
France, Great Britain: 13,80 Euro
Italy, Slovenia: 16,20 Euro
Sweden, Poland, Ireland, Hungary: 19,00 Euro
Switzerland, other EU-Nations: 17,00 Euro
Norway, Turkey: 28,50 Euro
USA, Canada: Seafreight 32,00 Euro, Airfreight 48,00 Euro
Africa, Asia, Australia, Middle- and Southamerica: Seafreight 37,00 Euro, Airfreight 58,00 Euro
It can be possible to ship small parts unsecured, if interested please contact us for details.
Delivery is made via a company of our choice, normally DPD.

Orders may also send in several parts. All following deliveries are free of charge inside Germany. Following deliveries (not final deliveries) are made once the value of the shipped goods is higher than 40 Euro. Shipments to foreign destinations may also be splitted because of availability. These following deliveries are also charged to the receiving person. Following deliveries are sent automatically when the product´s value is 200 Euro or more. If the shipment should be done completely in one time a spezial notification is needed.

In case of using bank transmission for payment all resulting costs of sending bank and our bank must be paid by the customer. Transmission can be made free of charge from the Euro-countries, please ask for our international bank numbers.
