General business terms
- All shipments are made based on our Terms of business.

- All prices are ment ex warehouse Kamen in Euro and include german consumption tax of 19%. Tax free shipping is possible for customers living outside Germany and the European Union.

- All shipments are made ex warehouse Kamen. Delivery times are given as accurate as possible. Financial compensation because of delivery delays is not possible. All shipping charges are charged to the receiving person. Seperate deliveries based on items´availability are possible.

- Temporarly sell-outs ex warehouse Kamen or ex warehouse Japan are possible.

- Special shipments, especially those without receipt, need prior arrangements.

- All invoices must be paid within 14 days after being issued. Payment can be done with bank transmission, Paypal or credit card (Visa and Mastercard). In case of a first order advance payment is necessary. Money transmissions must be made free of any charges for JapanModelRailways.

- Items purchased through "Ebay" must be paid with advance bank transmission or Paypal within 7 days after being purchased

-All shipped items are property of JapanModelRailways until all payment is done.

- All items sold as New have a warranty of 2 years, all items sold as Used have a warranty of 1 year.

- Visible defects need immediate information, according to §377f. HGB. In case of defects we have the choice of refund or replacement. Further demants, because of missuse and especially problems resulting from unreported defects, are not possible.

-According to the long-distance retail act you have the right to send back the ordered items within two weeks after receipt of shipment. If you can´t return the item or can only return it in worse condition then originally sent, you are reliable for the loss this creates regarding the value of the item. Therefore we would like to ask you to check the content of kits before you start assembling them! If the product value is higher than 40 Euro we will pay the charges for the return. Shipping costs will be repaid after the package arrived. Packages that are shipped without paid charge won´t be accepted through us. Excepted from this act are software products, used items and CD`s, DVD´s and Videos unsealed by you. The right to return items is secured by sending the items on time. As soon as the items arrive you will receive the invoiced amount back.

- German laws apply. Arrangements for terms varying from the above mentioned ones need written confirmation. In case of any discrepancies regarding translation the german text is valid.
